Episcopal Creation Care

Earth Day
Presiding Bishop Michael Curry is inviting all Episcopalians to take a pledge of Care for the Creation on or before Earth Day, which is April 22 this year. The pledge has three parts. First, to share our stories of love and concern for the Earth with others. Second, to stand with those most vulnerable to the harmful effects of environmental degradation and climate change. Third, to change our habits and choices to live more simply, humbly and gently on the Earth. We are inviting all members and friends of CCE to come to the church if possible on Earth Day, Monday, April 22, from 5-6:00 PM to sign this pledge together. Fr O'Flynn will explain further during sermon time today, and much more information is available online at this link.
